Raymundo Villarreal

As Axiom Innovative Solutions LLC’s Founder and CEO, Raymundo Villarreal has a diverse background in military service, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, providing strategic vision and guidance, operations oversight, strategic communications and client relationship management.

Mr. Villarreal has over 30 years of program and technical support experience with U.S. Navy programs, operations, procedures and policies both in uniform and as a government civilian and contractor.  He has experience and expertise supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in surface ship acquisition, sustainment and readiness (SEA 21),  surface ship maintenance/ modernization at Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC), Cost Engineering and Industrial Analysis (SEA 05C) and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) in shore installation management of Naval Support Activity, Washington (NSAW) and Fleet and Family Support Center on the Washington Navy Yard.  A Navy veteran and former Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), he has over 24 years of active-duty service involving surface ship operations and maintenance and academic military education.

Mr. Villarreal is a native of San Antonio, Texas and a graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering.  He holds Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration and is also a graduate of the U. S. Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, where he earned a Master of Military Art and Science degree and designation as an Army Strategist.  He is currently pursuing a Master of Maritime Trade and Supply Chain Management at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
