We provide technical management consulting, engineering support, and technology-based services that help government and industry clients operate more effectively, make better decisions, and use their resources more efficiently.

Chief Executive Officer
Raymundo Villarreal
As Founder and CEO of Axiom Innovative Solutions, Raymundo Villarreal provides strategic vision, operational oversight, client engagement, and business leadership for the company. His background spans military service, government, contracting, and entrepreneurship, giving him a practical perspective on mission support and organizational execution.
Mr. Villarreal has more than 30 years of program and technical support experience with U.S. Navy organizations, operations, policies, and procedures. He has supported Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in surface ship acquisition, sustainment, readiness, maintenance, modernization, cost engineering, and industrial analysis, as well as Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) in shore installation and support activities.
A Navy veteran and former Surface Warfare Officer, he completed more than 24 years of active-duty service in surface ship operations, maintenance, and military education. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering, and he also holds master’s degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, and Military Art and Science. He is currently pursuing a Master of Maritime Trade and Supply Chain Management at Old Dominion University.
